Graduate degree5 years of sales experienceMinimum 2 years tenure in current or previous organizationExcellent communication skills (written, oral, presentation) in English and local languageStrong convincing, networking, and negotiation skillsTeam management experience (3-5 members team)Self-motivated and results-drivenProven track record in salesExcellent selling skillsExpert in end-to-end sales planning (business forecasting, active pipeline management, sales closures, client engagement, key account management, up & cross sell)Strong background in conceptualizing and implementing business plansProficiency in MS-Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Experience in General insurance or Broking industry with corporate sales experienceCurrent Fixed CTC of Rs 10 Lacs and aboveAbility to join within 30-45 days
